The movie was painfully slow, much like watching a train wreck in slow motion. The film is be shot in the *exact locations* at @UMaine where the story is set! A fine example of independent British film-making at its best. The Rendlesham UFO Incident (released in the US as Hangar 10) is a 2014 British horror film directed by Daniel Simpson. Hangar 10 also does a great job of not showing you too much. Found footage has come to be an excuse for storytellers to completely bypass drama, character development, and plot in an attempt to be 'authentic.'. Coming Soon. It's obvious the found footage style is here to stay however a real drawback in this movie was the extent of it and the implementation - I really had enough of it. Gus discourages them from taking many supplies, as they will not be gone long. First off the acting isn't too bad and the story line is not entirely off point. Such a shame found footage doesn't lend to sequels too well as this is another classic that demands answers!!! This has to be the worst found footage film of all time. I have no idea when it became cool to hate that movie, but it did a lot of things right. If you’ve ever wanted to watch The Blair Witch Project, but you had an inkling for something extraterrestrial, then I have the movie for you. Of course some people think The Blair Witch Project is garbage, and that’s ok because those people are wrong. The difference in this movie is that it takes place in England. The owner is nowhere to be found when they arrive at his house. Jacob Hopkins. For me this film has everything it takes to make a great horror film, creepy setting, early jump scares, good effects, eerie unexplained noises, no hope for the films protagonists and most of all weirdness. Then don't watch the film. Same thing here, basically.
